Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Medsėdis Plateliai website and booking services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.

All booking requests are subject to availability and confirmation by Medsėdis Plateliai.

A booking request does not guarantee a reservation until you receive written confirmation from us.

Check-in time is from 15:00 (3:00 PM) and check-out time is by 11:00 (11:00 AM), unless otherwise agreed.

The maximum number of guests is 6. Additional guests may be permitted only with prior written approval and may incur additional charges.

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.

All bookings are subject to our cancellation policy as outlined below.

Payment terms will be communicated upon booking confirmation.

We accept payment by bank transfer or other methods as agreed.

A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The balance is typically due before or upon arrival, as specified in your booking confirmation.

All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.

Cancellations must be made in writing (email or written notice).

Cancellation charges apply as follows:

• More than 30 days before check-in: Full refund minus processing fees (if any)

• 14-30 days before check-in: 50% refund

• Less than 14 days before check-in: No refund

In case of force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), we will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include rescheduling or partial refunds.

No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

Medsėdis Plateliai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our property or services.

We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay.

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents caused during their stay. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the guest.

We recommend that guests obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover cancellation, personal belongings, and liability.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the booking.

Guests are expected to:

• Treat the property with respect and care

• Comply with all house rules and local regulations

• Not exceed the maximum number of guests without prior approval

• Not engage in illegal activities on the premises

• Not smoke inside the property (smoking may be permitted in designated outdoor areas)

• Keep noise levels reasonable, especially during evening hours

• Report any damages or issues immediately

• Do not dispose of hygiene products in the toilet

• Do not pour alcohol on sauna stove stones

• Do not leave children unsupervised on the property

• Do not receive friends or relatives, even for a short visit

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania.
